Is it possible to convert / export less than the entire list of contacts (just some highlighted ones) to vcard using this product?

Yes. The product has the ability to let you choose what contacts to export. Also, it can export the whole list. To export contacts, open the application, upload your contact list, select from the right side of the window the contacts that you want to export, click the Export button from the program's menu, select what kind of resulted vCard do you want and, to complete the process, click the Export button from the bottom of the page.
